Known for his sharp technical insight and leadership, Gerry ensures projects run seamlessly from concept to completion. His ability to interpret complex specifications and foster strong stakeholder relationships sets the foundation for successful outcomes every time.

Alycia Delaney oversees critical business functions including HR, HSEQ, and site operations.
Her strong organisational skills and commitment to team support ensure resources are aligned for success. As a second-generation leader, Alycia combines fresh perspective with a deep understanding of Delaney Civil’s values and culture.
