Gerard is the Founding Director of Delaney Civil. With over 30 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, Gerard’s exceptional leadership and coordination skills have consistently resulted in the successful delivery of projects.

Gerard’s proficiency in drawing and specification analysis enables him to quickly comprehend project scope requirements and his strong communication and leadership skills allow him to establish and maintain a positive rapport with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors. Gerry prioritises facilitating seamless project delivery by establishing clear communication channels and promptly addressing and resolving any concerns that arise.

Aram is the Managing Director at Delaney Civil. Aram brings a wealth of experience in overseeing intricate and complex projects across greater Sydney and Regional NSW. His experience spans road and bridge construction, marine pontoons and seawall construction and infrastructure developments.

He possesses expertise in planning and executing construction activities. He has demonstrated a proven ability to adapt to evolving site conditions, anticipate and overcome potential obstacles and embraces a collaborative approach when working with stakeholders, ultimately ensuring successful project delivery every time.

Alycia is the Management Cadet at Delaney Civil. As a second-generation employee, Alycia brings a wealth of experience in overseeing all aspects of the business including HR, Payroll, HSEQ and site operations.

Her strong leadership skills and collaborative approach ensures the Delaney team have adequate and suitable resources to complete their activities and achieve successful project delivery.

Guy has been part of the Delaney Civil management team for the past 5 years, overseeing all project contracts and insurances. His extensive experience provides him with the capability to effectively liaise with the company accountants and manage all Delaney Civil company finances.
